What is Will Call?
Will Call, is a service that FilaVip offers its customers totally safe.
The Will Call service is used for times when it is not possible to deliver the tickets to your address or office. By offering you a better service, we offer you the option to pick up your tickets up to one hour before the start of the event, directly at the FilaVip centers authorized to deliver Will Call.
Security Requirements:
- Confirmation number (provided at the end of the purchase).
- Official identification (only IFE, card, professional card, passport and / or driver's license issued abroad).
- The credit card with which you made the purchase. The card will be verified as a voucher for a present card (so no mini or unmasked cards are received).
